This new office tower is a multi-tenant six-story building with 130,000 square feet of class-A office space. The office tower includes a pub-style lunch room with flat screen televisions, a pool table, darts and a foosball table for employees to enjoy during their lunch breaks. The office tower also has fifty parking stalls located underground. The building is designed to provide a "grand entrance" into Greenway Center, but is traditional in design and heavily detailed at street level to provide a comfortable human scale to passersby. More »
